Jamie Cogburn

Jamie Cogburn’s areas of practice include business litigation, real estate and contract litigation, and personal injury.

Prior to co-founding Cogburn Law Offices, Jamie Cogburn clerked for the Honorable Ron Parraguirre and then proceeded to work at Marquis & Aurbach, which is considered one of the most premier law firms in the state of Nevada.

Jamie Cogburn graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada. Thereafter, Mr. Cogburn went on to graduate cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Mr. Cogburn is an active member with the Nevada Bar Association and is also a member of the Clark County Bar Association.

In his spare time, Jamie Cogburn enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and running.

Kristin Cogburn

Kristin Cogburn’s areas of practice include personal injury, corporate litigation, and general civil litigation.

Prior to co-founding Cogburn Law Offices, Kristin Cogburn worked as an associate attorney for the prominent law firms of Campbell & Williams and Harrison Kemp and Jones where she obtained extensive experience in litigation, including obtaining several jury verdicts and arbitration awards. Kristin Cogburn practice areas at these firms included catastrophic personal injury, mass tort litigation, defamation, and corporate and civil litigation.

In 1998, Kristin Cogburn graduated magna cum laude, after only two and one half years, from Arizona State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies. Ms. Cogburn obtained her Juris Doctorate from Boyd School of Law in 2002.

Kristin Cogburn was admitted to both the Nevada State Bar and United States District Court, District of Nevada in 2002. Currently, Ms. Cogburn represents clients in both state and federal courts.Kristin Cogburn is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Clark County Bar Association. Ms. Cogburn has extensive public speaking experience and represented the State of Nevada in several national speech competitions for the National Forensics League. Ms. Cogburn also traveled throughout the Southwest competing in speech competitions where she obtained multiple championship titles.

In her spare time, Kristin Cogburn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and running. She is also a member of the Screen Actors Guild.
